"The management was constantly changing the company organization, so much so, that I had 5 managers in just 2 years."

"The high quality employees are the best part of the job. It is a good place to try new positions to take a career in a new direction."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Conservative is the way to go, but show a mind that thinks out of the box."

What don't you like about working at Rapattoni?

"They take care in who they hire, but they don't seem to take care OF them. Someone hired in a particular position may be offered a promotion, but not much of a raise, if any at all."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To update their technology and compensate employees who earn it."
