"I don't work there anymore. They changed our financial package and was time to move."

"Keep rewarding the people who got you there with all their hard work, and use more hands on management techniques."

"I make excellent money for what I do and I don't work nights or weekends which gives me lots of time to spend with my family."

"It's not hard to get the job. Just show up dressed nice and have some sales experience and you pretty much got the job. This is because the turnover in the industry is really high."

"I feel as if I am wasting my time. I have put up outstanding numbers with the company and have shown great work ethic and I don't know what else they need on order for a promotion to take place."
