"I have work with USAvision for six years and learn a lot about Technical Support, IP Address, IP Devices, and several software projects on Mircosoft OS. Not exactly the most user-friendly application(s) but if you read the manual and follow the directions, you do not need tech support for the basic stuff. The problem was the company going beyond their realm and instead of focusing on improving their current software, they jump to a new product/software. This leads to release not tested devices/applications which leaves customers unsatisfied and tech support either scratching their head or running headless troubleshooting the product. On the bright side, the coworkers are very chill and a joy to hang out with outside of work. I still keep in contact with former employees. The supervisor is one of best we had but I often feel sorry how much work is tossed on him. The Headquarter Department in Taiwan is reasonable, knowledgeable, and friendly but not always dependable due to the Taiwan holiday schedule. The company also lacks culture."
