"Everything. There is nothing to like, stupid time wasting pep rallies, a CEO who sounded like he was going to faint when talked in public, No requirements, no good testing, no good change management practices, A lead programmer who is a jerk, a manager who you hardly ever see....."

"Learn what leadership is and how to mentor someone properly. Also, the military is not the command and control you think it is. The military lets its people make decisions."
