"In the past 2 years, I had 4 different managers. When I started, there were 25 RVP's. At the end of last year, there were 9 left. All of them quit but one who moved into an operational role. There is now just 2 RVP's."

"Greed at the top...show some love to your hard workers that make the network run!! You can not find this talent anywhere so reevaluate your intentions and reward them now! There was a time when the team of engineers could build a space ship if they needed!! Much talent lost and not empowered by the top!!! Dont be greedy..."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Respect your value which is your employees... Your big risk is not being able to have the talent to sustain the business. BTW who knows how this stuff works anyway....your people do...remember that please."
