"I worked at U.S. Nonwovens for a non-paid externship and I was supposed to get someone to assist me on daily job duties but I wasn't provided with help. I was just given a website to design and correct, and I wasn't given someone to teach me the do's and the don'ts of the industry. So I had to teach myself day-to-day things that I didn't really understand, but I got through it and made their sites work more efficiently and smoothly."

"I like being able to have face to face contact with higher ups"

"Be very honest about what it is you are capable of and what you want to do. Position responsabilites are not always clearly defined an you may end up in a position very different than what you have applied for."

What don't you like about working at U.S. Nonwovens?

"I am not in my ideal position,and would like to move into the art department"

"I think management is doing a fine job of dividing up responsibilities."
