"I had established a reputation for myself, was well respected by peers, management, realtors and customers. The lending department was large and had room for new opportunities."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is currently owned by TCF. The buyout took place about the same time I left to raise my family."

What don't you like about working at US Bancorp?

"I worked very long hours, evenings, weekends...had a laptop (very advanced for the '90's) so I could work at home, but was always needed at the office therefore rarely worked at home."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, they did a fine job and were very supportive of staff."
