"I worked at Elavon for nearly 5 years, and the atmosphere was pretty decent. Traffic around the office was terrible, however. The only issues with the organization is that their pay is not competitive when compared to the market for the same positions."
"I have worked at FITB for 9 years in various sales roles. What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire some sales managers to teach and to recruit. Provide back office with experinced processor/leader. Do not keep all of your eggs in one basket. have the owner have some respects for clients and for employees. The owner does not have any management skills. Do not spend money on stupid things that are not making money. Follow markets closly. Do not be very slow in that terms."
What do you like about working at US Bancorp?
"It was a good place to work in the beginning until they start changing your job title and salary after a few months. The salary job seem to be a come on to get on board. And when they see you are actually good, they would want you to be part of their sales team. They only catch is, you won't have a fix income."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"As I have said, I don't think there is a set of criteria or standards for the job. The pay commensurate with your work experience. If there are other factors being considered,Profiling is what I would use for it."
What don't you like about working at US Bancorp?
"I came from a very fast paced and efficient work environment. PMC is the opposite of that. Most of the operation personnel are not seasoned in the lending business so there is no organization in the overall structure. Like what they say, you get what you pay for. They also put unnecessary pressure and stress to their employees. They have no criteria for standards and so you can't really tell why people get fired or laid off. They don't pay their employees enough including Account Executives. They would want you to work on commission but in case your account manager can't handle all the work, you will have to do the work for free. Well, how can you concentrate on getting loans if you're doing both jobs."
