Union Rescue Mission Employee

"The company has about 130 employees. They pay way below market for the jobs. The CEO is a media-hog and spends more time on TV speaking about his personal health issues than taking care of the staff. Most employees aren't there because they feel appreciated by the company. They are there because of the service to the homeless population."
