Urban Land Institute Employee

"Pros: Friendly coworkers, laid back environment, fairly nice people at the administrative, manager and director level, my boss was one of the nicest I've come across. Cons: Outsource jobs to save money, disconnect between staff and senior managers, too many managers, directors, VPs and senior VPs for such a small organization with only a few people who actually execute."
