Their customer support is too bad that they don't know which team to refer my query or call. I would say Upwork is highly reliable for freelancers to work. They charge 20% straight from freelancers. An additional 3% for the payments and freelancers have to buy the connects again in more than $10 to apply for the jobs. I highly not recommend to work on Upwork as its is reliable, loot so much money from freelancers and in response provide nothing to freelancers and suspend accounts."
