"Good luck. Amazing benefits, but the repetitive nature of the work makes you feel almost robotic at times. The frustrating part is dealing with transferred case loads."

"I liked everything about the company, except upward mobility. The pay and benefits were great. The people were nice, and I loved helping my claimants."

"Glass ceiling very little room for growth. Not unless you moved to a different department, however if you stayed within your department, you would always be processing claims, some way or another."
