"The boss had a drinking problem and when the company was struggling, he refused to pay my commissions, leaving me with minimum wage compensation."

"The corporate Verizon allows individual store owners to deal with their personal workers as they please but there are certain settings where they should have more impact. For example, requiring at least 1 break every 10 hours or vacation days weren't included and commissions were left up to the store owner."
