3.2I'd provide room for all working styles--not just extroverts. Introverts should be given room and space to work and not necessarily shoved into a room with a bunch of people who insist on working together to come up with a plan.
4.3I have worked at the UVM Medical Center since 2015 but I started a new role as a research coordinator. I enjoy working and learning in the position, and I believe that I will be able to carry these tools to into future roles. These past few jobs where I worked as a Clinical Research Assistant, Clinical Patient Safety Attendant, Research Technician, and now a Research Coordinator showed me different aspects of the health industry and Science and hope to use what I've learned in the future.
4.6I've worked at the University of Vermont's Plasma test and laser Diagnostics Lab for about 2 years now. I've found it very challenging and also one of the most educating experiences of my life. I got to work on multiple projects. One of the projects involves designing and conducting experiments to characterize pyrolysis gases of an ablative material on an atmospheric entry in the Inductively Coupled Plasma Facility (ICP). I have gained significant knowledge on the following topics, including but not limited to; Aeronautic, Thermophysics, atmospheric Chemistry, development of better computer language skills, large data analysis skills, plumbing, critical thinking, laser diagnostics, CAD development skills, etc.
