University of South Carolina Employee

"I worked for a college. The college made several mistakes in hiring leadership positions and let good workers leave instead of giving them the compensation and recognition they deserved. As a result, the college is currently in a downward spiral. It has received a poor reputation across campus concerning employment with the college. Until the issues are resolved, I would not recommend working there."
