"The Stress added from my Manager who was losing his grip on his own work and adding to my workload every four hours after scheduling the day with me in the AM. In part I felt he was dishonest when I needed him to be genuine with me."

"Be Honest about expectations and timelines. Don't take tasks away from the support staff and hand them right back."
