"Always made sure that the employees were happy. Sending out e-mails almost everyday making sure that people were kept in the loop with the going on of the school. If an employee had an issue, the ASC took it very serious and made sure that the issue was taken care of. On top of taking care of the employees, they would also listen and make improvements based on the suggestions of the employees."

"I have worked as a graduate assistant for several years, under several supervisors. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn, and gain work experience. It also taught me more about being self reliant, and about knowing what to do next without always having access to supervisors. If you are in the PhD program, I highly recommend applying as a GA. It is something that you will find enlightening."

"I worked in this senor project for one year. For the most part, it was fast paced and some things had to be taken out. However I learned a lot about development of software as well as how to to better utilize software development cycles. I also developed my presentation skills and further improved my programming skills."
