"The nurses that I worked with were very nice and knowledgable"

"I would advise the nurses to stand up for themselves but still provide respectfull communication between the doctors and nurses."

What don't you like about working at University of Missouri?

"There was not sense of respect between the doctors and nurses, the doctors talked really bad to the nurses and about the patients when they were under sedation"

"To provide a communication class for the physicians and an ethics class in addition"

"I got to represent the University and act as a resource for others"

"It is a very tough interview process, be sure to spend a lot of time on all application materials to make them the best they can possibly be."

"It was very demanding and often times got in the way of other jobs and school activities"

"I think they do a great job of training the guides and preparing them"

"prepare well, get to know the professors, make sure which aspect you're interested in"

"it's an university, I wanna see how things work in the real industry."

"none, they have a very good system that nothing need to change."

"It is relevant to my background and I am doing my PhD degree."

"No. The need to have strong background like published paper."

What don't you like about working at University of Missouri?

"I am graduating. I am done with my PhD by this August."

"The management is good. I don't have any suggestion. I am happy."

"My co-workers are awesome and know how to motivate me to be a better person. My boss is laid back and trusts us to work efficiently and doesn't micromanage."

"Just get your foot in the door. If you decide to switch departments, it's much easier to get a job you are looking for."

What don't you like about working at University of Missouri?

"I'm moving jobs here in a bit so this may not apply, but I wish there were more opportunities to flex my brain and to do less tedious work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I were running the show, I would be just a little more forceful about conforming the departments to a universal standard and not letting them have quite so much free reign. The same goes for some employees."

"I enjoyed the constant push for improvement. There was always something new to learn."

"Find a supervisor that you can get along with well. Not only are their research goals important, their personality is as well."

What don't you like about working at University of Missouri?

"The pressure for grades, distracted supervisor, and lack of home-life were negative in my life."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I do not know that the pressure for grades and publications is necessary. I would find a different motivating mechanism."
