They primarily hire students, so it is a student run facility in terms of day to day operations. "I'm moving jobs here in a bit so this may not apply, but I wish there were more opportunities to flex my brain and to do less tedious work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I were running the show, I would be just a little more forceful about conforming the departments to a universal standard and not letting them have quite so much free reign. The same goes for some employees."
