"It's laid back. I set my own schedules and have students to help do some of the research."

"Don't stay postdoc for longer than 2 years ever in any university."

What don't you like about working at University of Maryland?

"Need more challenge. Haven't really been challenged and don't have enough time to work on interesting and challenging projects because of other mediocre projects that my boss keeps pushing on to me."

"Do more interesting work and get more help for the dreary work."
