"I enjoyed my time working for the Digital Worlds Institute at the University of Florida, the co workers and supervisors were very knowledgeable and hard working except for the director of the program. We had access to cutting edge technology including a wireless motion capture set and 3D scanning tools."

"I enjoy the freedom I have to get my work done and the way work is asked of me."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be open, and be prepared to go-with-the-flow. You will wear multiple hats. This job will allow you the freedom to do your work the way you want to but support for administrative tasks will fall on you."

What don't you like about working at University of Florida?

"I do not enjoy the number of additional tasks that are not related to my field (i.e. technical support, A/V support, instructional)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire an administrative assistant to replace many of the smaller, repetitive administrative tasks and let me design/build websites."
