"UB is a third generation business owned by three families. It has grown to 20,000 plus student and is looking to professionalize the management of the university. A country culture plagued by a centuries of corruption and nepotism make change a challenge, I commend the valiant effort management has put forth to drive the university towards modern management practices. The most impressive aspect of this effort is the ability of the university to maintain the "care for employees and students" mantra that is at the heart of the schools identity."
