"the culture is really misogynistic, and there are almost not women or minorities in the administration. They have been constantly cutting budget at the expense of employees that earn less money than faculty or administration and increasing by trifold the amount of work for employees that have to do the work of those that have left or been laid out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would put more emphasis on the quality of work environment for classified employees. I would reward the people that walk the extra mile and motivate employees instead of focusing on removing perks"
