"I have worked for the university for 14 years. Working within the culture of an academic unit, one is not rewarded for accomplishment alone, one must attend class and continue the education process."

"I worked at The University of Kentucky for over a year and a half. The town is wonderful. The group I worked with was going through restructuring and had financial issues at the time, so the environment was not stable for the long term (though this may have changed since I left). At the time, it seemed that people were treading water or going through the motions, in need of a long-term plan."
