"It's great to work for your alma mater and the people in the office truly care about the organization. I also have a lot of freedom to generate new ideas and I have a lot of responsibilities in many different areas."

"Ask about future growth opportunities and what the likelihood is for growth."

What don't you like about working at University of Evansville?

"Too many responsibilities across many different programs. I would prefer more focus. We do a lot of things well, but we don't do many things great."

"I would look to be innovative and try to bring more energy on a daily basis."
