"Everything. The infrastructure of every department is poorly run. No effective communication if any. Petty, political, and unprofessional. It doesn't make sense but somehow they haven't been shut down yet."

"Create a work environment where the employees don't hate their lives when they come to work everyday. Care about your people and take care of them. It's about more than decent benefits."
