"Every department is different, so make sure you investigate the culture in your potential office. My last department here was a lot smaller, no one interacted, and my position was pretty dead-end; my current one couldn't be more different.QTR for benefits employees is possibly the best perk ever."
What don't you like about working at University of Arizona?
"My boss will often pull us off of projects that should be priorities to us in order to do things for her, and will often ask for something 2 or 3 (or more) times and then never look at the results or follow up months later"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I just feel like she's made our office all about her and most of our projects are vanity projects--more about her than about the students we serve"
