As for the work, duties were clear and concise, projects were usually completed independently, and the overall atmosphere for an A1 Research institution pushes you to work harder and grow faster."

"This started off as the perfect job when it came to being comfortable and really enjoying coming to work. In the past few months, however, there has been some restructuring within the department, bringing new management and different processes. I understood there would be a change, but the way the change was applied is what I didn't like. The new management treated it as if their way was the only correct way and, if done otherwise, we were not only wrong but against policy."
