What don't you like about working at Universal Weather and Aviation?
"Good ole boy system. The same 10 people keep getting promotions. Minorities are disrespected, treated like criminals, and worked like slaves. The pay is horrible. I've been here for over 6 years and my salary has not increased by $1. If you voice your opinion to your manager they just turn it around on you for what they call self reflection Don't bother taking your grievances to the horrible H.R. Dept, it will result in your termination."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Compensate your employees properly. Get rid of the good ole boys and hire managers that want to see the company succeed and not their pockets!"

"The company was very well organized in the descriptions of what they wanted and expected. They treated me like a person not just another resource."

"Go for it, this company treats employees and contractors with a great deal of respect. Its' good to work for a company that treated me like a person again after all the years of being a number in the corporate cogs."

"It wasn't in Austin. I have family in Austin and only took the job as a contract, knowing that it was temporary. I would like to have telecommuted with the company more."

"Include the developers in the discussions about the project. They had my manager represent the project status and wasn't completely aware of the status."
