"URC is good, you will gain a lot of experience with your stay. But compensation wise, better think twice."

"The benefits and compensation package is still way below industry level. Also there is no chance for you to be sent to various trainings and seminars which will benefit both the company and the employee."

"I hope that the company reviews the current compansation and benefits program and provide a better one for the current and future employees."
