"One of my favorites places to work. This is my fifth time there... as a contractor. It is impossibly hard to be hired full time but if you do, you are set."

"The upper echelons of the teams are pretty much set, people don't leave often, so you may spend quite some time doing the same job."

"Open up and bring in some fresh blood."

"A very creative work place, with a team spirit throughout the company. A place where you can lean, help and grow within."

"did'ntreally have any reason for not liking Merscury Records. The only challebge that I can say that I had, was when I relocated for the first time. In fact I relocate twice within the company. And I never regret it. I really grew when I took on a challenge such as rellocation (new city). I Loved it, thats why I welcome it the time around. I love new a oppertunity and challenges."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Only challeng I have I guess is, I believe infact I know 'm capable of being an asset to what your looking for, for this position. As an experienced Promotion and Marketing Director, Ive contributed significantly to the success of various music and non-music corporations; leading my marketplace with project implementation and growth. Ive demonstrated success in managing these full project lifecycles, which have resulted in multi-million dollar gains for these companies. I have a deep understanding of how to utilize my resources to deliver solutions that meet requirements of your organization.I am highly skilled in adapting and applying vision to the project that is presented to me. Furthermore, I have proven the ability to manage projects large and small, consistently delivering within time and budget constraints.
