"I have worked for Universal Logistics for over 8 months now. While on the outside it seems to be a very well put together. However, on the inside, the company leaves much to be desired. Bills don't get paid on time leaving employees without work. You will get your paycheck on time but there is no direct deposit. Management tries to be your friend until you ask for better compensation. The benefits are bare minimum."
