What do you like about working at Universal American?

"I learned alot in this position, I had a unique perspective in seeing their final product which helped me move up in the company, I liked that."

"Just answer your interviewer questions honestly and to the best of your ability."

What don't you like about working at Universal American?

"I wasnt really fond of my position. I felt like I knew more than my supervisor and when the opportunity came to move on, I did."

"Make sure all supervisors in all departments are adequately trained and capable to do their job."

"I worked a lot of overtime but that wasnt a bad thing, not when I got my paycheck."

"Nothing really. I had convinced myself I was ready for a change and moved on from Medicare Advantage claims."
