"Unitrends is attempting to grow into a bigger, more modern company but is filled with lots of old-timers, trapped in the 'appliance' way of doing things. Distinct lack of strategic and longer-term plans, so very disjointed, constant shifting of objectives. Could be a great place - great technology, if they let it be great!"
