"Worked at UniTek for several years. There has been much turmoil (executive and financial) in the past few years. Lots of good people have come and gone. They are trying to be an employer of choice but failing. If management would work as hard on solving issues and streamlining processes as they do to create barricades - new, difficult to navigate processes - they would be much more successful."
