Project Coordinator

What don't you like about working at United WestLabs?

"Their wages are lower than other companies. They hire non English-speaking employees who are the majority of workers there. The environment is hostile at best. And the management is extremely bad. The bosses scream at the employees and are not held accountable for their actions. And 2 of the managers have serious anger-management problems. The owner is a wealthy man who cares nothing about others, and only the dollars he will be making. The actual working space is too small for the number of employees in the room. It's basically a sweat shop environment. There is a very high turnover, with good reason. HR department has a very unprofessional woman in charge and that department is far away from the actual work site. They do not promote from within. And they fire employees to get rid of them if they don't like them, and then deny them their unemployment benefits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management needs to learn a lot of compassion and respect for human beings in general. And stop hiring the kind of people who will just accept low wages, hire and keep people who will work hard and pay them what they are worth. Instead of only brow-beating and abusing them."
