"A great overall company working toward an exceptional cause, however, the barrier between the CEO and the CPO is what a weakness for United Trust Co. The teamwork and communication can be unreliable at times which makes it hard to accomplish objectives and milestones. The executives are extremely nice men who treat everyone more than fairly, however they lack communication skills for the time being."
