"Micromanagement. The tendency to be too reactive and not proactive."

"Follow policy. Give more opportunities for advancement. Be consistent in practices.."

"The experience in both facilities I have worked in Miami-Dade and Osceola counties were wonderful most importantly I had the best group co-worker surrounding me at all times, different personalities yes but we always operated as a one solid unit everyone supported each other when they were needed."

"Stress to them the importantance of team work"

"The pay but that always what it is on any job level."
