We have gone through several changes in management and have had a wavering focus between CIO's which sometimes makes it hard to shrug off the "Old Guard" way to do things.... if you haven't been employed there 20 years.. you are still considered to be new."

"I have been an employee of the DOJ Federal Bureau of Prisons since 2011. This is a good place to work and the people are very friendly. Being a government position it is subject to pay freezes as well as money shortages sometimes. Overall, it is a wonderful place to work for a prison."
