"The employees and mission of this organization. It is a shame that the management is such a problem because the agency has been around for 30 years and has done so much good."

"If you want uncertainty and chaos and do not need to further your career you will thrive here."

What don't you like about working at United HomeCare Services?

"The communication is awful and there is constant moving around of positions and surprises. Autocratic leadership. Higher management wants no input from employees or middle managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider employees more, be fair, and pay them better. Stop thinking only of yourselves. Stop assuming you know more about what your employees want, at least ask them. Start promoting from within based on performance not who you like."

"It is a family owned company, the employers are good friends as well as therapist.We respect each other and have a great working relationship. We focus on providing quality care and patient's satisfaction is our number one goal."

"The company is fairly new and not well established in the community, so the work load is not constant."

"Find new marketing strategies."
