"Strict on all policies, which is understandable, but mainly the amount of coaching/learning that is needed needs to be done better, instead of here this is copy something and figure it out, when all aspects are different."

"Take control and if you want your employees to understand things TEACH/INSTRUCT them, don't leave things in space."
