"Working as a team. Coaching and developing team members and assisting customers with issues. I had a great time doing something that I was great at and would like another opportunity to be a success."

"Interviewing is one of the attributes this company has because of the way the questions are set up and the quality of individuals that interview. I do not know how it is now but when I started my first interview with GC services was positive and exciting."

"Working graveyard and returning back the next day in the afternoon"

"Individual interacting with middle management for support and considering new ideas."

"Declining industry is causing limited career opportunities and more being asked of employees without recognition or compensation."

What do you like about working at Genesis HealthCare?
"The staff I worked with were dedicated professionals. The working conditions were favorable. The chance for advancement was adequate for what I wanted to do although there was a moratorium on the advancement track I wanted. The orientation program was very well set up and as a new employee I was mentored all the way through by the ADON. The computer system for some of the state mandated work was a great help."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself! Honesty is always the way to go and don't bite off more than you can chew no matter how good it sounds."
What don't you like about working at Genesis HealthCare?
"The amount of paperwork especially when it was time for state visits. The attempt at micromanaging especially with the regional vice president."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let the management at each institution be more responsible for the work that is done at their center. Help is fine, but micromanagement can be very detrimental to good morale."

"I didn't like much about the company."

"I didn't like much about Providian, they were very sneaky and underhanded to the employees."

"I hope WaMU is a much better place than Providian was."

"The patients, most of staff, most of colleagues"

"Unless you are willing to be confused, feeling like you are so constricted at all times, unable to be yourself, with no thoughts, no creativity, no way to express your talents, gifts, skills or experience, then DON'T!"
What don't you like about working at Trinity Medical Center?
"Heirarchical leadership to the extreme! Leadership spend way too much time in MEETINGS! Middle management = ALL RESPONSIBILITY with NONE of the AUTHORITY!Can't hardly breathe in environment of extreme PC and such restrictive culture. Everyone seems like they are walking on eggshells!!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"REDO the whole leadership process and find some real leaders who understand = teamwork, real SUPPORT for staff, make the statement that patients are most important, the truth, not just pat saying repeated over and over throughout hospital but when rubber meets the road, not at all the case. It really is, leadership's preferences, favored staff, how we have always done things come first. Need someone to drag you into this century = as far as psychiatric care is concerned!"

"Great fun. Cooking, customers, team, very satisfying when everything is working right."

"If you are ready to work, this is a great place to learn and excel. Interview involves a morning in a store. Be energetic, personable, and friendly, and the opportunity is yours if you are up to the challenge."

"Very excessive hours due to the responsibilities related to solely managing operations for a 24 hour business"

"More team support. More appreciation for key players (rewarding hourly employees financially for reliability and performance in an environment where key players are hard to come by)"
