What do you like about working at Brookwood Medical Center?

"There isn't a whole lot that I did like other than the new women's building, but the beds are terrible!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Great place to work until you lose your job by no fault of your own and aren't given an opportunity to transfer. They do not care about tenure and they will tell you this!"

What don't you like about working at Brookwood Medical Center?

"For profit facility-employees are not treated fairly and are not given room for advancement. Understaffed and underpaid! Jobs are cut to afford new buildings and lawsuits against other hospitals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit trying to add on bigger bldg's and keep up with the actual patient care...IE: better beds, quiet hallways, patient care! Treat employees fairly."
