"In these times of crisis, it's important to remember what really matters, and that's dependability. That's what USB offers in spades. They have several locations across the Cincinnati area and over 150 employees. They've been in business for 104 years and claim to have never laid off an employee. That's impressive"

"Terrible company that is lacking tremendously in the management area. They have antiquated technology, offer no marketing and pay very low basis points to loan officers."

"I worked there for a year and started out not really knowing anything about the mortgage business, but was trained enough to do my job. Would like to have learned other things that I felt could have made my job quicker but was never trained on them. Once interest rates went up, they laid off people."

Mortgage Processor

"I worked for Union Savings Bank for a little over a year. While the product they provide to their customers is excellent (the mortgage product) every aspect about the work environment is negative. They manage in a threatening way, managers frequently discipline employees in front of all other co-workers by screaming at them and often times profanity was used. I have never worked in such an unprofessional environment."
