"I don't like the fact that I can not speak freely about safety issues. We have had numerous people killed and hurt but I got terminated for speaking out. They rehired me only because the are such a pathetic company that they cant get anyone to do my job"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest management get rid of themselves and hire people who care more about doing a good job and less about themselves"
