"dont count on turnover. Work with people like people, not cattle"

"Be prepared to interview for another company in 3 years. Not a stable company and very poor advancement oppurtunities."

"Professionalism of CEO and my boss. Job was not very challenging. No decision making abilities."

"Be FAR MORE PROFESSIONAL. My boss yelled, cursed and pointed fingers everytime the slightest challenge arose. THe CEO was extremely unprofessinal. Yells, curses and dresses like he slept in his clothers."

"Constant and high turnover of direct managers and sales reps."

"Growing a business requires long term commitment to keeping good people in sales and service. Use more care in hiring sales managers and keeping existing accounts by having sales reps remain a part of the service team."
