"I was recruited and have worked for UBT for a few years. UBT is a contract company. They have pretty horrible medical benefits and the standard 2 weeks paid vacation, however that paid time off has to be used for any days that your customer requires you to take off (i.e. - Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc). Same goes for sick time. Annual increases amount to 1.5% when they're given. And they don't provide any incentive and/or funding for furthering education through either certificates or training in general. The CEO is very hands off and only shows up from time to time in an attempt to quell employees dissatisfaction with her overall (lack of) business acumen."
