"Unicep provides excellent growth opportunities for those who seek them. The company is constantly growing and changing, which has positive and negative effects. The range of products and projects makes the work exciting. The expectation is typical that projects are done on-time, under-budget, use minimal resources. It is sometimes difficult justifying the purchase of tools and equipment to do a job correctly, and many choose not to request equipment purchases out of fear of repercussion if the purchase does not improve the process as well as expected."
"After reading the poor reviews online about Unicep Packaging I decided to buck up and give it a shot anyway. My position has been a revolving door for nearly five years but I am a confident, competent professional, with over 20 years of experience, so I gave it a go. Big mistake, The owners and executive team have unrealistic expectations with no room for error. The culture and atmosphere are best described as belittling and bullying. The amount of micromanaging that goes on is mind-boggling, not to mention the lack of trust and access to appropriate tools to get the job done. I would strongly recommend continuing your work search rather than working for Unicep."
