"Be prepared for an environment where if you are liked by one person, you will do well to a point but you will never be part of the family and therefore there is no room for advancement."

"The woman who ran the company was very unprofessional. She cried in meetings when she did not get her way. She cut people's pay without any explanation and then was shocked when people left."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company should really consider hiring outside the family. The talent within the family is limited."
