"Well, at the time there was some limitation to my growth both as an engineer and in the company, so I went out and did it myself and it was a great experience."

"this was a very professional organization... I suspect they need to keep an eye out for the go-getters and let them help grow the company rather than fear their desire to excel"

"Wishy-washy senior management, lack of boldness and foresight, life-long employment possibilities, old-school business management, too quiet, too much internal politics, too many brilliant people who lack people and basic communication skills."

"Management cannot seem to get customer first correct, and it is burns out customer-facing employees; each attempt at being more customer friendly has made UL less so."
